My trophy friend
I just want to give a shout out to my friend Lisa who just returned from completing a triathlon in Vegas. I am so impressed. Most of all I am impressed that I have a friend that completed a triathlon. I can't imagine swimming, biking and running in one week let alone the same day. In addition to being a triathlete, she is a mom of 2 and has a full time career. I am impressed. Go Lisa!!!!

I haven't met Lisa and yet my hat is off to her too! Wow, mother of two, full career, and a triathlon. OMG OMG OMG..I was athletic - geez when I was in my teens. She is special. Triple 'Congrats' to your friend, Lisa. Love, Mom
Hey, where's MY congrats? I got out of my jammies at 3:30 p.m. today! That's an accomplishment! ;-)
I have to agree, though, that completing a triathlon is quite impressive! Congratulations, Lisa! You should be very proud!
Three things I can do: lay on couch, stuff face with Doritos, and watch TV all at the same time! Does that count?
